Breville's The Smart Air Viral Protect Plus Purifier LAP408WHT is a perfect purifying solution for medium size rooms such as the living room or kitchen. Certified by the National Asthma Council Australia and Sensitive Choice approved. It can cover up to 42 square metres with a reduction of 99.97% of viral particles and allergens down to 0.3 micro metres(1).
The pre-filter within collects dust and pet fur, then air is pulled through an activated carbon filter reducing smoke and odours. A final step takes place using Breville's Microbe Shield short wave light targeting airborne bacteria and viruses.
The purifier takes in air from all angles due to its 360 degree inlet, which is much more effective than comparable flat units with single direction airflow. Its Sensair System display updates in real time to show live air purity with a simple visual indicator. Control the Smart Air via Wi-Fi connection to your smart home devices, also including Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants.
