all good no probs when you say the goods are to be delived it/s done thanks
The product came with a lot of scratches, and it was distorted at the edge. The black paint came out so easily, and the grill rack was impossible to be fitted into the base (so easily slip down when I put the heavy thing on it).
Disappointed and regretting to buy this at the very least. Just with the first use, both the handles have cracks. The holes for the screws to go into handles and tripod legs from within the oven already show signs of breaking apart anytime. One should spend few extra bucks and get a better quality bbq oven rather than this short life low quality thing that seems to be heading to trash anytime soon.
Get what you pay for
Disappointed! After first use, the paint under the Kettle peeled off. Also, there are no contact details for their customer service anywhere. I even searched for their contact details through their ABN on ASIC & found nothing. AVOID buying anything from ONE SHOP.
