Cancellations & Refunds on Layaway AU:

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or request a refund. Here's a summary of your rights and the process involved:

• Right to Cancel within Cooling Off Period: You have the right to cancel this Agreement at no charge within 10 working days from the date you received the Agreement. This period, known as the "cooling off period," allows you to reconsider your purchase without incurring any fees.

 

• Cancellation after Cooling Off Period but Before Delivery: If you decide to cancel the Agreement after the cooling off period but before the product is delivered, you still have the right to do so. However, please note that you will incur a Cancellation Charge of 15% of the purchase price, with a maximum cap of $250. This charge is applicable provided Layaway AU is not in breach of the Agreement.

 

• Conditions for Charges: It's important to highlight that these cancellation charges will only apply if Layaway AU is not in breach of the Agreement. In other words, if the cancellation is due to a fault on our part, you will not be subject to any charges.
